Hello, my name is Darian Lawless. I am from San Antonio, Texas. I graduated from Holmes High School, and am a U.S. Army veteran. I JUST received my degree In HR Management from American Public University Systems on October 1st!

I have over seven years of HR experience. I found my passion for HR through the United States Army Reserves serving as an HR Specialist throughout the course of eight years. Being a part-time soldier allowed me to broaden my knowledge in HR as a Training Specialist, HR Generalist and Staffing Supervisor within two companies in San Antonio.

My role at SeeKing HR is as a Human Resources Project Coordinator. I currently support recruiting efforts, develop training presentations, and assist actions requested by Project Lead/ Project Manager. I document and report the assigned deliverables, call on program participants and employers and coordinate career advisory training programs. I enjoy helping our clients succeed in their business and contributing with other projects to continue learning for successful outcomes, and love working alongside my amazing colleagues and fellow vet.

I am new to the veteran community as of September 8, 2022. In my free time I love to binge-watch Greys Anatomy and spend time baking. My daughter, husband and two pitbulls keep me on my toes to say the least. I love the outdoors and we spend a lot of time fishing, hiking, camping, etc. When my house is not chaos you can find me on the couch watching college football.
