Situation
Established utility industry organization identifies need to develop next generation leaders. Retention of employees is excellent, but created a stifled management and leadership pool without external experiences to aid in challenging decisions. Leaders lacked basic regulatory fundamentals and employee relations training.
Result
SeeKing HR recommended an annual training program suggesting nine (9) content driven sessions. Each session building on the other, beginning with compliance fundamentals leading to management and motivation of effective teams. Leaders are better equipped to facilitate change and meet the needs of their employees.
